This policy covers personal data processed through the Ankaref Vending mobile application and related vending management services. The app is used by businesses to manage vending machines; it is not a consumer retail shopping app.
Data is processed for performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and where required explicit consent (e.g. location permission).
Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be shared with hosting / infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law or competent authorities.
Data is kept while your account is active and for applicable legal retention periods. After an account deletion request, related personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time (no later than 30 days); records subject to legal retention may be kept until that period ends.
TLS (HTTPS) is used in transit. Access is restricted by authorization and tenant isolation. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; reasonable notification processes apply in case of an incident.
You may have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, objection, and complaint under applicable privacy law (including KVKK where it applies). For account / data deletion: account deletion page or destek@ankaref.com.
The app is not directed at users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
