How to request account deletion
Email us at
destek@ankaref.com
using the email / username you use in the app.
Put “Ankaref Vending account deletion” in the subject line.
Include your account email / username and your deletion request in the message.
After we receive your request, your account and related app data are
deleted or the deletion is completed within a reasonable time (no later
than 30 days). Records required by legal retention obligations may be
kept until that period ends.
Deleted / retained data
Deleted: account identity (email/username), session
data, device location assignments saved through the app, and
user-linked operational records.
May be retained: records required for legal
obligations, security, or billing — for the applicable retention period.
Partial data deletion
If you want specific data removed without deleting the whole account,
request it via the same email; support will remove eligible data.
